  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or delays.

Payments

Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you agree to the conditions set out there, including:

  • A return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items excluded for hygiene reasons (intimate wear and pierced jewellery) and gift cards.
  • Return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.
