Currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are shopping from, and you are charged in that same currency at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee if your account is held in a different currency.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken in full at the moment you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been processed successfully. If a payment is declined, your order is not created and no funds are taken.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS compliant third-party payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details on our own servers.

Taxes and Duties

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. For international orders, import duties or customs charges may be levied by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details, available balance and billing address, or contact your bank. If the problem continues, contact us and we will help you complete your order.

Refunds
