• Prices for the New Zealand market are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
• Where required, GST on low-value imported goods is collected at checkout. For consignments above the applicable import threshold, customs duties, GST and clearance or entry fees may be levied by the New Zealand Customs Service or the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, descriptions, or availability of products without prior notice.
• While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. If an error is found, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders as needed. Nothing in this clause limits our obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 regarding misleading or deceptive conduct.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order; it indicates that your order has been received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled by us, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. We will take reasonable steps to ensure products are delivered within a reasonable time, consistent with the consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or delays.

Returns and Refunds

• Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns (e.g., sale items, electronic items, intimate wear). These exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for their intended purpose.
• The requirement to notify us within 14 days of receiving the product for any change-of-mind return requests.
• The necessity of providing a return label for change-of-mind returns. Where goods fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, we will bear the reasonable cost of return in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• To the extent permitted by law, Sophie & Lila is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, where you deal with us as a consumer. Where you acquire goods for the purposes of a business, the consumer guarantees do not apply to the extent permitted by law.
