- Prices for the Canadian market are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST and customs clearance or brokerage fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency or the carrier. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- Sophie & Lila is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance that are outside our reasonable control. Where provincial distance-selling rules grant you cancellation rights for late delivery (for example under certain provincial internet sales contract regulations), those rights are not affected by these terms.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges or delays.
Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy is outlined separately and forms part of these Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you agree to the conditions set forth in the refund policy, including:
- Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns (e.g., sale items, electronic items, intimate wear). These exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not limit any legal warranty or statutory remedy available to you under applicable provincial law for goods that are defective, not as described, or not fit for their intended purpose.
- The requirement to notify us within 14 days of receiving the product for any return requests.
- The necessity of providing a return label for change-of-mind returns. Where goods are defective or covered by a legal warranty, return arrangements will comply with applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
